Mobile, international Fans' Embassies are teams of visiting fan workers who travel from their country in order to offer information services and assistance targeted to the supporters of their own respective nations throughout the tournament.
Mobile Fans' Embassy teams, organised and coordinated by the Football Supporters Europe (FSE) network, benefit from long experience at previous international events and are - above all - made up by football fans just like you.
Mobile, international teams will follow their fans from city to city. You will generally find them from a couple of days before a match day with their own Mobile Fans' Embassy van or tent - located in key spots of the respective town -, supporting the Stationary Fans' Embassies or working in the streets.
The Czech Fans' Embassy is run by workers from the Czech Republic who are interested in working with fans, fan culture and fan activities, who have special education, experiences and enthusiasm :-).
This team first worked together during Euro 2004 in Portugal, than at FIFA World Cup 2006 in Germany and at Euro 2008 in Switzerland and Austria. Unfortunately the Czech football team did not qualify at FIFA World Cup 2010.

The Football Logistics Organisation – FLO (UMKI) provides support for various fans groups in Croatia by means of education (fan culture, social education) and serving as a info-point for fans and fan groups, especially the young. FLO (UMKI) is also involved in all activities regarding fighting racism and discrimination in football and is a member of FARE. Furthermore, FLO promotes partnership between all groups and institutions that are a part of the world of football (government institutions, police, clubs, fans and fan groups, football associations, sponsors, etc.).
FLO (UMKI) organised Croatian Fans' Embassy during EURO 2008 and has much experience working in that field. We're looking forward to work on the Fans' Embassies project again and will provide all support that fans require.

EURO 2012 will mark the debut of the Danish Fans' Embassy. For many years Danish fans - known as 'Roligans' - have been among the most festive and cheerful fans and this will of course continue during EURO 2012. We will do our best to paint the tournament red and white! The Fans' Embassy is a collaboration between ordinary fans, The Danish Roligans and the umbrella organization DFF - the Federation of Danish Football Fanclubs. Our main objective will be to give both Danes and all other fans a great experience in Poland and Ukraine, and we promise that everyone who comes to us will be met with open arms and a very helpful staff.

The Football Supporters' Federation (FSF) were one of the early pioneers of the Fans' Embassy idea, and they have been working and providing support and assistance to travelling England fans for well over a decade.
At each fixture the FSF produce their 'Free Lions' fanzine, which is full of useful details about the local city, match specific information and articles from noted journalists as well as quizzes, competitions and some more light-hearted material.
The team who do the work are almost all volunteers, fans giving their own time to help out fellow supporters, but over the years the team have built up a great deal of experience across the continent and indeed the world, working at World Cups and European Championships, as well as qualifying fixtures and friendlies.
Having been doing it for so many years there's virtually no situation that they haven't come across. As well as Free Lions the FSF operate a 24hr helpline around all fixtures, making sure that they are always on call to provide information or to help fans in trouble.

The Fans' Embassy for French fans was available to assist football fans for the first time during EURO 2000 in Belgium and the Netherlands, and has subsequently appeared at EURO 2004 in Portugal, the World Cup 2006 in Germany and at the last EURO 2008 in Switzerland/Austria.
In order to prepare the EURO 2012 we have organised in Warsaw a Fans' Embassy for the French fans during the friendly game Poland-France in June 2011.
The Fans' Embassy acts as a meeting place for French fans and is there to welcome you and to be able to answer your questions: What do I do when I lose my match tickets? What am I allowed to take into the stadium (flags, confetti, musical instruments)? Where can I find somewhere reasonable to sleep; or where can I meet other fans? We are also a good communication link between the fans and the bodies, institutions, authorities involved at the international football event. We bring a fast and clear communication for our fans in order to give them the feeling that they are very welcome in the country and can enjoy the event in party football feeling.

KOS was set up in 1993 to provide support to the existing fan projects working in social education with football fans and to coordinate and participate in the establishment of additional projects. Beside the work done by KOS in Germany, fan project workers have also been involved in the international fan work organising fan support activities at major football events in partnership with the Football Supporters Europe (FSE) network. The greatest challenge in this area for KOS was the planning and realisation of the fan and visitors programme for the 2006 World Cup in Germany.
At the big tournaments staff from KOS together with colleagues from the local fan projects have provided street work, a Fans' Embassy (our famous red car which will not make it to the EURO 2012 though ...), consultancy for the international partners and a broad range of information and service offers for the fans including a fan guide website www.fanguide-em2012.de and since the WC 2010 a fanzine (called Helmut) for each German fixture at the tournament. That's also the range of the EURO activities.

The first Italian Fans' Embassy was made during the Euro 2000 in Belgium/Holland and it was organised by Progetto Ultra', an Italian no profit organisation that work with the Italian ultra' groups. After 2000 we organised Fans' Embassies at the Euro 2004 in Portugal, in Austria/Switzerland at the Euro 2008 and in Germany for the 2006 World Cup. Usually we're a mixed team of 5 or 6 persons. Every year Progetto Ultra' organise the "Mondiali Antirazzisti", an antiracist football tournament with more than 120 teams from every part of Europe.

Competent fan workers will organise our mobile Fans' Embassies at EURO 2012 in Ukraine and Poland. They are experts of the Russian fan scene and represent various Russian fan groups, from prominent clubs in Moscow and St. Petersburg to supporters of the national team and provincial football clubs. Experienced fan workers from Spartak Moscow, Zenit St. Petersburg and Fakel Voronezh have already expressed their interest to join the Russian Fans' Embassy.
One of the fans has an excellent relationship with various Russian football clubs and the Russian organising committee. For sure this will have a positive impact on the smooth course of the Russian Fans' Embassy service in Ukraine and Poland.
At Euro 2008 in Austria and Switzerland we organised mobile Fans' Embassies for Russian football supporters: we had our own mobile team, a 24-hour helpline and a Russian fan guide. We accompanied the Russian fans until the defeat in the quarter finals and offered quick and friendly support, as well in difficult cases.

Camp Sweden started with a caravan and a flag with the words CAMP SWEDEN during the Euro 2004 in Portugal. Since then we have been growing and organised Swedish fan camps in Germany World Cup 2006 and Austria during Euro 2008 with thousands of participants. Since autumn 2010 we organise an official Swedish Fans Embassy at every match abroad, and produce a fan guide.

The Spanish Fans' Embassy team consists of social and volunteer workers coming from an association called CEPA. CEPA is a non governmental organisation that works in the social field by means of different projects such as game rooms for children, meeting points for teenagers, educational activities and assistance for women and young boys in prison as well as working with the Cádiz football club supporters. CEPA has been developing the fan project during 7 years in Cadiz helped by the Cádiz football club supporters and it is a well-known member of FARE, FSE and the Observatory against discrimination and racism in sport (sport Council).
In 2004, CEPA started working on the fan network of FSI (now FSE) both developing the work with Spanish fans and setting up Fans' Embassies within this European network. The project Fans' Embassy was linked to CEPA association in the beginning of 2006 as a preparatory work which was carried out in the football World Cup celebrated in Germany in 2006, where CEPA was participating with two members of staff. Since then, the Spanish Fans' Embassy have improved and developed its scope of work along with the Spanish fans in many football matches played by the Spanish football teams in Spain and abroad.
At Euro '08, CEPA made a big step of quality taking four members of staff to Austria who were very specialised, setting up a new and improved Fans' Embassy service.
